Molding the youth to be successful in today’s world
Springs and Fountains, Inc. believes that there is a leader inside every youth and it needs to be put to good use. To greatly contribute to establishing the leadership of young people, we organize leadership training where they can build up life skills they can carry into adulthood. These skills include working in a team setting, setting goals, initiating conversations, facilitating meetings, managing time, and many more that they can all refine in our youth leadership training. By developing a deep understanding of service, the youth can be impactful to themselves and the community.
